How many do I take of each a day?
Take one or more of Fresh daily depending on your body odor needs and two capsules of Balanced daily. Can be taken together at the same time daily.
Do I need to take with food?
For the best experience, we recommend taking 2 capsules daily with or right before a meal and water. If you prefer, you can also take it without food if it's well tolerated.
Do I still need to wear topical deodorant?
It's your preference. Most will no longer need a deodorant but some prefer to still wear theirs for added protection or comfort.
What is the shelf life?

Can I use with my existing probiotics?
In many cases, yes. Balanced already contains clinically studied probiotic strains selected to support the vaginal microbiome, so you may not need an additional probiotic with similar ingredients.
